This policy outlines how and when applicants will receive digital confirmation and updates related to their membership submissions.

  1. No Physical Shipments

API does not offer or dispatch any physical products, documents, or kits. By using this website, you acknowledge that:

  • All services offered are non-tangible and digital
  • Payments made on this platform are for professional membership applications and related services
  • All confirmations and responses will be sent electronically via email
  1. Membership Application Confirmation

Upon successful submission of the online membership application form and payment:

  • You will receive an automated email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your application
  • This email serves as a digital receipt and record of submission

If you do not receive the confirmation within 48 hours, please email api.hdo@gmail.com with your full name and transaction details.

  1. Application Review and Delivery of Status
  • All applications are reviewed quarterly by API’s Governing Body
  • Once reviewed, a decision (approval or rejection) will be sent to your registered email address
  • Approved applicants will receive further instructions regarding access to API’s member benefits
  • Rejected applications will be eligible for refunds as per the Cancellation and Refund Policy
  1. Delivery Timeline

As the membership approval process is conducted during scheduled quarterly meetings, the turnaround time for application status delivery may range between 8 to 12 weeks, depending on submission date.

All relevant communication and documents will be sent via:

  • Official email (from an @apiindia.org domain)
  • Internal secure systems or member login portals (where applicable)
