6. Consideration of resolution / suggestions from members.
7. Prize Distribution and scrolls to various assignments of API and JAPI.
8. To confirm the venue for Annual Conference of API – 2013 as Coimbatore and to consider the venue for the APICON 2014.
9. Appointment of Auditors for the year 2011 – 2012 and fix their remuneration.
